1. Services

Ask Aaron provides on-demand support, labour, troubleshooting, and practical assistance services. Services are provided by Aaron personally unless otherwise arranged.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings can be made through the website or by contacting Aaron directly. Cancellations with 24 hours notice receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a $30 fee at Aaron's discretion.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, and cash.

4. Liability

Aaron carries public liability insurance. However, Aaron is not liable for pre-existing issues, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors outside his control.

5. Scope of Work

Aaron does not perform licensed electrical, plumbing, or structural work. If a job requires licensed tradesperson, Aaron will advise accordingly.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Aaron does not share client information with third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Ask Aaron services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
