For OTs and Support Coordinators

Aaron works in the space your sessions can't reach.

A therapist or OT can help a client build strategies and coping frameworks, but they can't show up on a random Tuesday morning to help initiate the agonising task of opening a pile of overdue mail. Support workers operate within strict mandates and rigid organisational structures. I deliberately work in the unstructured space between formal sessions.

I offer task initiation support, appointment accompaniment, body doubling, errand assistance, and a calm grounding presence: practical and emotional support for the hours and days between clinical contact.

For referring clinicians, the scope is completely transparent: your client gets practical help and non-judgmental company. They do not get unqualified clinical advice or anything outside my clearly defined boundaries. That makes me a reliable, low-risk node in your client's broader support network.

I communicate clearly, I'm punctual, and I'll always flag anything that seems outside my scope rather than take it on.
